Kat Hodge

Kat Hodge studied at the Massachusetts College of Art. She received a BFA in Industrial Design and a BFA in Sculpture in 2000.  While attending Mass Art, Kat gained much of the hands on experience that she applies to her work today.  Her studies included drafting, rendering, 3D modeling, welding, bronze casting, furnace building, ceramics, carpentry and more. 
     After receiving her degrees, Kat became an independent contractor working in the fields of exhibit design and architectural model building. 

Currently, she works as Director of Design Engineering at a renowned sign fabrication company in Boston, MA, where she leads a team of talented design engineers.  Kat's experience at the sign company has armed her with a unique skill set focused on AutoCAD drafting, enforcing electrical code compliance, lighting design and design management.
